Everything you need to know about our Gettysburg ghost tour experiences before you book

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Guests may cancel up to 7 days before the tour for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable because final guest counts must be provided to our transportation provider. No-shows are non-refundable. If the tour is cancelled by us, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. All guests must be 21+ with valid ID. No refunds if you are denied boarding due to intoxication or lack of ID.

What should I wear and bring on the tour?

We recommend dressing for the weather at the time of your tour. No other items are needed, and no outside alcohol is allowed at any time. No drinking on the tour bus is allowed.

How far in advance should I book?

We strongly recommend booking as early as possible as tours will fill fast with limited space available! Booking online is available 24 hours a day and takes less than two minutes to complete.

Are private group tours available for large parties?

Yes! We can accommodate groups of 10-25 guests. Tours are available for Bachelorette Parties, Birthday Celebrations, Corporate events, and more. Contact us by phone to discuss requirements and receive a custom quote.
